Mr. Dietel's real estate career started in 2006, and has been a Minnesota Licensed Real Estate Broker since 2011. In 2024, Mr. Dietel harnessed his negotiation skills and training at the Mediation Center of Minnesota to become a MN Rule 114 Qualified Civil Neutral to practice Mediation in the state of Minnesota.
Mr. Dietel has earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and formally trained in customer service, conflict resolution and leadership in the rapidly paced commercial airline world. In addition to an airline career, Mr. Dietel's manufacturing experience included the opportunity to learn and implement Lean and Green Belt manufacturing principles, as well as lead SafeStart safety training. Mr. Dietel has also has construction experience, professionally and as a homeowner. Frequent work as a K-12 Substitute Teacher is enjoyable, and provides many opportunities to mediate disputes.
